Inspection & maintenance

Condition inspections and planned maintenance so bund issues are found and fixed before they become incidents.

Most bund failures develop slowly. A hairline crack widens, a joint sealant hardens and splits, or a lining is damaged during maintenance work. Regular inspection finds these issues while they are still small and inexpensive to fix.

What an inspection covers

We inspect the bund floor, walls, plinths and joints, along with drains, valves, pipe penetrations and any existing lining. We record what we find with photographs and recommend a scope of work in order of priority.

[TBC: confirm inspection deliverables, e.g. written report format and turnaround]

Planned maintenance

For sites with multiple bunds, a planned approach spreads the work and cost over time. We can help you prioritise which bunds need attention first and schedule the work around your operations.

[TBC: confirm whether maintenance contracts or scheduled programmes are offered]
